energy-efficient, combustion-optimized forced-convection-furnace with cascaded recuperation and full heat recovery for reuse in the overall process
- Furnace frame with special insulation, combustion chamber which can be opened on the top and return-flow chamber for circulation of the flue gases
- Hot gas fan with external lubrication and cooling system, flow-, pressure and oscillation monitoring as well as auxiliary drive with emergency power supply
- Recuperation - hot-air burner (if required steel-tube burner) with additional air pre-heating via flue gas - tube heat exchanger
- Process control station for coordination, regulation and optimization of the entire energy flow incl. all sensors
