Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003).

Personal data
You can visit our websites without announcing your personal data.
Personal data are particulars about personal or factual relations of a defined or undefined natural person. To these belong for example, your name, address, phone number and your date of birth. Information which can not be directly related to your personal identity is not considered personal data.
Collection and processing of data
If you visit our website, our server temporarily saves the connection data of the requesting computer, the websites, that you visit, the date and the duration of your visit, the identification data of the applied browser and type of operating system in a protocol file explicitly for internal system-related and anonymous statistical purposes. Your personal data are not automatically recorded, only if you forward us these data explicitly and voluntarily - for example within a registration voluntarily carried out by you, within an order transaction, the filling out of forms or the sending of e-mails - these data are recorded.
Utilization and transfer of data
The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the address data to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
In case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
Application of cookies
In order to provide you a more individual use of our websites, in parts so-called Cookies are applied. Cookies are information that a webserver can send to your computer, in order to recognize it automatically at your next visit. The usage of our websites is also possible without Cookies. The most internet browsers are preset to accept Cookies. Your rights
In principle you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
